Shipping Policy

1. Digital Downloads

  • Instant delivery: Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an instant download link for your high-resolution images.

  • Future access: You can also access your downloads anytime from your account on our website.

  • Support: If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at groow@groow.es.
     

2. Physical Prints & Framed Artwork Shipping

2.1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Mainland Spain: Including Barcelona and other mainland areas.

  • Balearic Islands: Shipping available with slightly extended delivery times.

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: Shipping available; customs and additional charges may apply.

  • Europe: Shipping to most European countries with variable delivery times.

  • International: We offer worldwide shipping; delivery times and fees will vary.
     

2.2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and artwork size. For example:

  • Mainland Spain: From €4.75 for 30x40 cm prints to €7.18 for 70x100 cm framed pieces.

  • International: Costs vary depending on the destination and will be shown during checkout.
     

2.3. Delivery Times

  • Mainland Spain: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Balearic Islands: Approximately 5 business days.

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 10 to 15 business days.

  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the country.

  • International: 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.
     

2.4. Packaging & Transport
Our prints and frames are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use custom-fit packaging tailored to your artwork for safe transit.

2.5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.

2.6. Taxes & Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local authorities for more details about possible charges.

3. Delivery Issues & Returns
If your order arrives damaged or if there’s a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at groow@groow.es. Be sure to keep the original packaging to assist with any claims.
